The electrician is responsible for performing electrical installations, conduit work, and electrical connections.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday schedule;
- 40 hours per week.
Work Location
- Travel to job sites within Quebec.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret plans and specifications;
- Plan electrical work and prepare material lists;
- Collaborate to maintain cohesion with all departments of the organization;
- Be mindful of, encourage, and contribute to prevention efforts for a healthy, safe, respectful, and continuously improving work environment;
- Perform any other reasonable and related tasks normally carried out by someone in the same position and within the skills, competencies, and capacity of an electrician.
Hiring Requirements
- Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DEP) in Electricity;
- Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license;
- Hold a certificate for the General Health and Safety on Construction Sites course (ASP-Construction);
- Asset – Hold a Commission de la construction du Québec (CCQ) competency certificate.
