The Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring coordination between administrative tasks and the progress of field work. They provide direct support to the Director of Operations.

Work Schedule

  • Day shift, Monday to Friday;
  • 40 hours per week (full-time, permanent);
  • On-site position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate current, upcoming, and ongoing work;
  • Plan work schedules;
  • Communicate work assignments to employees;
  • Maintain up-to-date operational records and logs;
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations;
  • Approve timesheets;
  • Contribute to maintaining cohesion and collaboration across all organizational departments;
  • Promote and participate in prevention efforts to ensure a healthy, safe, respectful, and continuously improving work environment;
  • Perform any other reasonable and related duties normally carried out by someone in the same position, consistent with the skills, abilities, and responsibilities of an Operations Coordinator.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination role;
  • Proficiency in French – spoken and written;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
