The Operations Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring coordination between administrative tasks and the progress of field work. They provide direct support to the Director of Operations.
Work Schedule
- Day shift, Monday to Friday;
- 40 hours per week (full-time, permanent);
- On-site position.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate current, upcoming, and ongoing work;
- Plan work schedules;
- Communicate work assignments to employees;
- Maintain up-to-date operational records and logs;
- Provide administrative support to the Director of Operations;
- Approve timesheets;
- Contribute to maintaining cohesion and collaboration across all organizational departments;
- Promote and participate in prevention efforts to ensure a healthy, safe, respectful, and continuously improving work environment;
- Perform any other reasonable and related duties normally carried out by someone in the same position, consistent with the skills, abilities, and responsibilities of an Operations Coordinator.
Hiring Requirements
- Strong ability to learn quickly;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a coordination role;
- Proficiency in French – spoken and written;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Strong analytical skills;
