Job Description

The Telecommunications Technician position requires traveling to job sites to install, test, and commission telecommunications equipment. The technician will work in collaboration with employees from other divisions within the group to complete assigned tasks.

Work Schedule

  • Must be available Monday to Friday (possibility of 10 consecutive days) to perform work

Work Location

  • Travel to job sites in Eastern Canada (Ontario, Quebec, and the Maritimes)

General Skills

  • Ability to travel to conduct tests at various telecommunications sites

  • Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders (colleagues, clients, partners, etc.)

  • High level of autonomy in completing tasks

  • Accuracy and precision during commissioning tests

  • Commitment to ensuring proper system operation and client satisfaction

Hiring Requirements

  • General Health and Safety on Construction Sites certification (ASP-Construction)

  • Valid Class 5 driver’s license
