The Tower Rigging Lead (Forman / Forewoman) supervises and directs the daily management of several stakeholders on their assigned worksites. Their mandate is to install equipment (radios, lines, antennas, etc.) and structures for mobile telecommunications (cellular telephony) with the personnel under their supervision, ensuring adherence to priorities established with the Site Manager and Project Manager. They ensure the effective and efficient coordination and distribution of tasks to the various stakeholders. Work may be carried out on pylons (towers), rooftops, and in industrial or commercial buildings.
The candidate must have experience managing personnel as a Tower Rigging Lead (Forman / Forewoman), perform the required work and possess the necessary skills to read and interpret plans.
Work Schedule
- Be available from Monday t o Friday (with the possibility of 10 consecutive days) to p erform work.

- Various tower sites across the Maritimes
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the management of the construction sites assigned to him/her;
- Assisting other workers on his/her team with various tasks, such as the following;
- Installation of equipment (radios, lines, antennas, etc.);
- Performing work at height in telecommunications towers and roof top sites on buildings;
- To connect and install telecommunications equipment;
- Perform vertical and horizontal movements in steel or wood structures;
- Performing work while completely suspended in the air;
- Handling manual and electronic tools;
- To collaborate in maintaining cohesion with all departments of the organization;
- Tower reinforcing
- Assembly of new tower structures
- Guy wire tensioning
- To be concerned with, encourage and contribute to prevention efforts for a healthy, safe, respectful and continuously improving work environment;
- Perform all other reasonable and related tasks normally performed by a person in the same position and within the capabilities, skills and capacity of a Tower Rigging Lead (Formen / Forewomen)
Hiring Requirements
- General Health and Safety on Construction Sites course ;
- Valid class 5 driver's license
- Proven experience to manage and lead a rigging crew
- Proven experience working with cranes
- Proven experience with assembly of new towers (monopole, tri-pole, self-support, guy-wire)
- Experience working on roof top sites
