What you’ll do:
- Support the preparation of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs
- Draft, edit, and proofread proposal content under guidance of senior team members
- Collaborate with sales, cybersecurity experts, and proposal professionals
- Ensure clarity, consistency, and quality across all proposal documents
- Assist with formatting, document control, and final reviews
If you recognize yourself in the following, we’d love to meet you:
- Degree in Communications, English, Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in writing, communications, proposals, or similar roles
- Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities
- Curiosity and willingness to learn cybersecurity concepts
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
