Setec Proxima is currently seeking several Project Schedulers to support major industrial projects within a complex, highly structured, and performance-driven manufacturing environment.

We are looking for professionals who can quickly adapt to multidisciplinary project environments where schedule control, coordination, and analytical rigor are essential.

Your role

As a Project Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing schedules for complex projects in a highly coordinated industrial setting.

You will play a key role in:

  • Schedule development and management
  • Critical path and variance analysis
  • Impact and risk assessment
  • Recovery and mitigation planning
  • Project progress tracking
  • Coordination with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, and project teams

 

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed schedules in Primavera P6 or a project planning software
  • Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis
  • Identify schedule risks and impacts
  • Participate in progress and status meetings
  • Produce schedule performance reports and KPIs
  • Support recovery and mitigation plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, structured environment

Profile

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, EPC, rail, or complex project scheduling
  • Strong command of a project planing software
  • Advanced MS Project expertise may also be considered
  • Solid understanding of project planning and project controls principles
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills
  • Autonomous, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • French required
  • Functional English considered an asset

Conditions
