Setec Proxima supports organizations in the planning and management of complex projects. We are currently looking for an expert Primavera P6 Trainer to join our Consulting and Training team and work with our clients on strategic initiatives and skills development projects.
 

Project Background

As part of a major energy industrial project currently in the execution phase, we are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support a large-scale project delivered according to high health, safety, and environmental standards.

The project is planned through summer 2027 and is conducted in a structured, dynamic, and multidisciplinary technical environment.

Location & Work Arrangement

  • Region: Greater Vancouver Area
  • Required presence:
    • Urban project office
    • Construction site office
  • Remote work:
    • Office presence required 4 to 5 days per week
    • Daily commuting possible, or on-site presence a few days per week depending on project needs

Project Type

  • Major industrial project – Energy
  • Cost-reimbursable contract, renewed annually
  • Project currently under execution
  • Expected duration: through summer 2027
  • No security clearance required

Candidate Profile

We are seeking a candidate who is:

  • Dynamic, proactive, and accountable
  • Comfortable working in a complex project environment
  • Able to operate at the center of communications, interacting with multiple stakeholders
  • Highly organized with strong professional communication skills

Requirements

  • Experience level: Intermediate to Senior
  • Working language:
    • English required (predominantly English-speaking environment)
  • Key competencies:
    • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6
    • Experience in major construction / industrial projects
    • Ability to work within multidisciplinary teams
    • Strong sense of ownership, autonomy, and initiative
    • Excellent professional communication skills
