The Position

As part of the continued development of our activities, we are looking for two Junior Project Managers / PMO professionals with approximately 2 to 5 years of experience.

You will join a structured and stimulating project environment where you will support the coordination, monitoring, and management of activities involving various stakeholders.

Above all, we are looking for people who are eager to learn, grow, and gradually take on greater responsibilities.

An important aspect of the position: the two selected candidates must be available to attend a one-month initial training program in Toulouse, France, starting November 22.


Your Main Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and monitoring projects;
  • Supporting activity planning and schedule tracking;
  • Monitoring deliverables, action items, risks, and issues;
  • Preparing and updating dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs);
  • Producing clear and structured progress reports;
  • Preparing for and participating in project follow-up meetings;
  • Following up on decisions and action plans;
  • Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders;
  • Identifying areas requiring attention and contributing to problem resolution;
  • Supporting teams in applying project management processes and best practices;
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of project management methods, processes, and monitoring tools.

The Profile We Are Looking For

  • University degree in project management, engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related field;
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in project management, project coordination, PMO, or a similar role;
  • Good understanding of project management principles and methodologies;
  • Ability to manage multiple topics and priorities simultaneously;
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills;
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders;
  • Good command of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of Power BI, MS Project, or other project management tools is considered an asset.

Aerospace Experience Is an Additional Asset

Previous experience in the aerospace industry will be considered a strong asset.

Experience in a structured, complex, or regulated industrial environment will also be valued, particularly if it has allowed you to develop skills in project coordination, KPI monitoring, risk management, or working with multiple stakeholders.


Training in Toulouse

As part of your onboarding, a one-month training program in Toulouse, France, will begin on November 22.

Availability for this training is therefore an important requirement for the position.

This experience will allow both new hires to quickly develop their knowledge and begin their journey with a common foundation before continuing their activities in Quebec.
