You will take on these challenges as a Sales and Installation Representative:

You will represent CDL in the field, advise your clients with expertise, and ensure the connection between their needs and the technical solutions offered. You will plan, deliver, install, and provide quality after-sales service while keeping your CRM tools up to date. Your strengths lie in your human approach, your thoroughness, and your great versatility.

Your profile as a Sales and Installation Representative:

• You hold a diploma in sales consulting (DEP) or equivalent experience
• You have 5+ years of experience in sales and representation in the maple sugaring industry
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (an asset)
• You are fluent in French (spoken and written) and functional in English

Responsibilities that drive you:

🛠️ Sales and representation in the territory
• Promote CDL’s full line of sugaring equipment
• Maintain strong and lasting business relationships
• Participate in events (open houses, trade shows)

📦 Technical advice and customer service
• Advise clients on equipment choices
• Plan and complete installations with the technical team
• Train clients on product usage

📋 Administrative follow-up and coordination
• Record all data in the CRM
• Manage forest projects with subcontractors or internal teams
• Collaborate with internal departments (production, store, technical services)
