Your Profile — We’re Looking for You!

You’re the ideal candidate for this position if you recognize yourself in the following:

You have the necessary training for the role: You hold a DES or have equivalent experience, combined with forklift operator training and 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
You have experience in customer service and store management, a major asset for this position.
Knowledge of the maple syrup industry is a significant advantage for providing effective customer advice.

You possess the essential technical skills: You are proficient in ERP systems—ideally SYSPRO—and are comfortable using Microsoft Office.

You demonstrate: You demonstrate creativity, innovation, and strong problem-solving skills in your day-to-day work.

You’ll need to be vigilant, as mistakes could lead to financial losses or the loss of a customer, making your role all the more important.

You’ll develop your leadership skills by maintaining good relationships with representatives and clients, while supporting your team on a daily basis.

You’ll work under a supervisory style focused on guidance and support, which will allow you to work independently while receiving guidance when needed.

You’ll communicate with various internal departments as well as with clients, which will strengthen your overall understanding of operations.
