Position Overview
The Group Fitness Instructors are responsible to provide engaging and inclusive fitness classes.

Developing and delivering engaging group fitness classes that are tailored to a wide variety of fitness levels. Please note: latitude will be provided to the position-holder to determine scheduling and focus of classes.

Scheduling personal training sessions with patrons; developing and delivering fitness programs tailored to the client’s fitness needs and goals.

Delivering exceptional customer service at all times while motivating patrons towards the achievement of their fitness goals.
Availability
This is a part-time position entitled to work up to 24 hours in a week. Shift may vary from weekdays, evenings and/or weekends.
Qualifications
Education:

At a minimum have a secondary school diploma and/or a post-secondary studies related to health, fitness and/or nutrition preferred.
- A recognizable Group Fitness certification

6 months’ relevant experience Other Qualifications:

Standard First Aid Certificate

Must obtain a satisfactory Police Criminal Record Check
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range (Grid R) of $30.29 per hour or (Grid N) of $33.35 per hour.
