Your Role

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for business development across Ontario.

You will act as a field ambassador for Hyperflo, building strong client relationships and directly contributing to revenue growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Ontario
  • Actively prospect (client visits, calls, networking)
  • Build a strong network in mining and industrial sectors
  • Position Hyperflo as a strategic partner

Client Relationship

  • Meet clients on-site (mines, industrial sites, offices)
  • Understand technical and operational needs
  • Maintain strong follow-up on opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships

Sales

  • Collaborate on proposals and quotations
  • Present solutions to clients
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Ensure post-sale follow-up and client satisfaction

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends and upcoming projects
  • Identify strategic opportunities
  • Share field insights with internal teams
 

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in business development or field sales
  • Experience in industrial or mining sectors (strong asset)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven
  • Ability to understand technical environments
  • Bilingual (French & English) – required
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Ontario
