Develop and maintain a diverse portfolio of industrial clients by acting as a trusted technical advisor. You will propose tailored solutions, actively contribute to the growth of the territory, and help position the company as a key player in the industry.

Responsibilities
- Actively manage your sales territory (client visits, follow-ups, business development)
- Identify new opportunities and turn leads into long‑term partnerships
- Provide technical consulting on our specialized products
- Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (customer service, warehouse, purchasing)
- Participate in industrial events and stay up to date with market trends
- Achieve your targets and maintain accurate tracking of your results
- Experience in B2B sales (ideally in a technical or industrial sector)
- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission products (a strong asset)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and business development skills
- Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and team spirit
- Valid driver’s license (regular travel required)
- Bilingual (French/English) *an asset
- Proficiency with computer tools (Office Suite, etc.)
