Canada Games: Quebec City, 2027
The Canada Games are the country’s largest multi-sport competition and will bring together more than 3,500 high-calibre athletes and coaches in Quebec City from February 27 to March 14, 2027, across 22 sports. Held every two years, alternating between summer and winter, the Games celebrate the perseverance and sportsmanship of young Canadian athletes.

Do you want every banner, welcome zone, and corner of each venue to reflect the magic of the 2027 Canada Games ?As the Coordinator, Signage and Visual Identity, you’ll be at the heart of the visual staging that will move athletes, volunteers, and visitors alike. In collaboration with the Director, Sport and Venues, and a team of passionate collaborators, you’ll ensure a cohesive, inspiring, and unforgettable visual experience.
- Develop the visual identity and signage program across all sites, in collaboration with partners ;
- Contribute to the production schedule with suppliers and ensure deadlines are met ;
- Conduct a needs assessment for signage based on the unique characteristics of each site ;
- Interpret site plans to strategically plan the placement of each visual element ;
- Receive and sort signage materials at the warehouse ahead of on-site installation ;
- Coordinate and supervise the installation of all visual identity and signage materials before the Games ;
- Support venue teams during the Games, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and repairs as needed ;
- Help create tailored training for volunteers responsible for signage installation and upkeep ;
- Foster a positive work environment by building strong, effective relationships with colleagues and volunteers ;
- Apply your talent to challenges that emerge along the way.
Keys to success
Want to join our team? Here's what it takes:
- College or technical diploma in administration, recreation, sport management, communications, marketing or a related field. A university degree is considered an asset ;
- 3 years of experience coordinating visual identity, signage, or graphic production in an event or sport-related context ;
- Experience managing volunteers is an asset ;
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) ;
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license ;
- Based in the Quebec City region or ready to relocate to be part of the adventure ;
- Criminal background check required.
