Canada Games: Québec, 2027
The Canada Games are the country’s largest multi-sport competition and will bring together more than 3,500 high-calibre athletes and coaches in Quebec City from February 27 to March 14, 2027, across 22 sports. Held every two years, alternating between summer and winter, the Games celebrate the perseverance and sportsmanship of young Canadian athletes.

Your Role
History is made with the right people. As Assistant, Logistics, you will play a key role on the team in helping tomorrow’s champions enjoy an unforgettable experience in an energetic and inspiring environment. With your attention to detail and organizational skills, you will help ensure a seamless, positive, and memorable experience for athletes during the Games.
Under the supervision of the Director, Transportation and Logistics, your talent and energy will enable you to:
- Assist with the preparation, assembly, and distribution of equipment and materials required for daily operations;
- Track materials movement between various venues and coordinate transfers;
- Support the planning of truck delivery and pickup schedules based on operational needs;
- Coordinate daily requirements with internal teams, suppliers, and various partners;
- Assist with inventory tracking, identify replenishment needs, and communicate required information;
- Update logistics tracking tools, records, and documentation related to transportation activities;
- Participate in the onboarding, training, and supervision of volunteers involved in logistics operations;
- Support the management of ad hoc requests and contribute to resolving issues in a dynamic environment.
Keys to success
Want to join our team? Here's what it takes:
- College diploma in logistics, operations management, administration, or any other relevant field;
- One year of relevant experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Proficiency with computer tools (Google Workspace);
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and logistics principles;
- Strong command of French, both spoken and written; English is an asset;
- Authorization to work in Canada;
- Successful completion of a criminal background check required.
