We are currently looking for two Energy and Infrastructure Planner for the planning department!

Key Responsabilities
  • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for site energy and infrastructure fixed assets;
  • Build clear work packages in the CMMS (scope, sequence, labor, duration, safety requirements, parts/tools, permits);
  • Develop weekly and 2–6 week lookahead schedules with supervisors, considering site logistics, weather, and resource availability;
  • Coordinate materials/parts planning, kitting, and procurement to support remote/North supply chain constraints;
  • Support planned shutdowns and infrastructure projects: sequencing, contractor coordination, and commissioning readiness;
  • Ensure work planning meets HSE standards (LOTO, hot work, confined space, lifting plans, risk assessments);
  • Track planning KPIs (PM compliance, backlog, schedule adherence, downtime) and drive continuous improvement.

Employment Conditions 
  • Open-ended contract with the possibility of switching to a permanent position;
  • Work schedule of 14 working days, followed by 14 days off, alternating day and night;
  • Hourly salary between 43.05$ to 52.78$;
  • Rate and a half for hours worked over 40 hours per week, for work performed on Saturday and Sunday as well as on statutory holidays;
  • Fly-in / Fly-out work dynamic: Workers can take the plane at Mirabel airport or at Val-d'Or airport;
  • Transportation allowance packages depending on the distance between your home and the departure airport;
  • Accommodation provided as well as food;
  • 4 hours at regular paid at the entrance and exit of the mine site;
  • Tools and work equipment supplied on the mine site;

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of maintenance planning experience in heavy industry and/or mining;
  • Experience planning work for energy, utilities, and infrastructure assets: powerhouse/generators, electrical distribution, site utilities, and facilities/camp systems;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong planning, problem-solving and leadership skills ;
  • Willingness to travel between sites as required.
