WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are seeking a Software Developer that will help in developing and designing fully customized software solutions built specifically to support the operational needs of our production and engineering teams, aiming to streamline complex processes, accelerate day-to-day workflows, and minimize human error across critical technical operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  • Develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using Python.
  • Design and implement scalable software solutions following OOP principles and design patterns.
  • Build and support both monolithic and microservices-based architectures.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain database schemas, queries, and data models.
  • Work with SQL Server, MongoDB, and other relational/NoSQL databases.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using best engineering practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization activities.
  • Deploy, troubleshoot, and support applications in Linux (Red Hat) and Windows Server environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE, YOU SHOULD POSSESS:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of full stack software development experience using Python.
  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms, with the ability to write clean, efficient code.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture patterns, with practical exposure to both monolithic and microservices/service-oriented systems.
  • Hands-on experience with database design, schema modeling, and query optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases, specifically SQL Server or MongoDB.
  • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and common design patterns in Python.
  • Demonstrated commitment to core software principles, code quality, and engineering best practices (e.g., testing, code reviews).
  • Practical experience working within Linux (Red Hat) or Windows Server environments.
  • Collaborative team player who actively seeks out user feedback and iterates based on user needs.
