About the Position
In this role, you will actively participate in the execution of the work while ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
More specifically, you will be responsible for :
- Perform various carpentry and joinery tasks (construction, repair, and maintenance) in a mining environment;
- Act as a versatile worker (jack-of-all-trades) and adapt to the site’s operational needs;
- Work independently in a remote area, demonstrating a high level of resourcefulness;
- Install, modify, and repair temporary and permanent structures;
- Quickly diagnose problems and propose practical solutions in the field;
- Adapt to northern conditions and the realities of working on isolated job sites;
- Use and maintain tools and equipment in compliance with health and safety standards;
- Collaborate with teams while being able to carry out tasks independently.

- Relevant experience in thje field
- Occupational competency card (an asset)
- Experience in northern environments (an asset)
