Your Mission : 

Present throughout the event, you help maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-organized environment by monitoring activities on site, identifying potential risks, and supporting the smooth operation of the event. Through your proactive presence, sound judgment, and ability to remain calm under pressure, you play an important role in preventing incidents and responding effectively when necessary. You are a key contributor to managing challenging situations, enforcing site policies and procedures, and promoting a positive experience for festivalgoers, colleagues, and event partners. Your professionalism, vigilance, and customer-focused approach help ensure that everyone can enjoy the event in a safe and secure atmosphere. 



Your Responsibilities : 

  • Ensure the safety of festival attendees and fellow team members by following company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. 
  • Perform any other related duties required to support the safe and efficient operation of security services. 
  • Maintain a visible, proactive, and reassuring presence for both festival attendees and team members. 
  • Report any issues, incidents, or high-risk behaviors to security patrol personnel promptly. 
  • Enforce site rules and regulations with tact, respect, and professionalism. 
  • Provide courteous, professional, and attendee-focused customer service. 
  • Be familiar with and follow all company emergency response procedures. 
  • Review and understand your assigned post and any related instructions before and throughout your shift. 
  • Actively contribute to risk prevention and mitigation efforts across the festival site. 

 

What We're Looking For : 

  • Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and cold weather. 
  • Work effectively as part of a team and promptly communicate any situation requiring intervention. 
  • Take a customer-focused approach and contribute to a positive festivalgoer experience. 
  • Consistently display professionalism, courtesy, sound judgment, and alertness. 
  • Demonstrate the ability to write clear, accurate, and objective reports. 
  • Be fluent in French, both spoken and written, with an intermediate level of English. 
  • Be able to remain standing and active for extended periods. 
  • Have a solid understanding of the National Use of Force Framework. 
  • Hold a valid Security Guard Licence issued by the Bureau de la sécurité privée (BSP).
