Your Mission : 

In a fast-paced environment where thousands of festivalgoers are welcomed each week, the bar is one of the event’s primary service points. As a key contributor to the guest experience, you provide fast, attentive, and efficient service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on the ground. Your role has a direct impact on the quality of the experience enjoyed by festivalgoers. From greeting guests and preparing and serving beverages to managing inventory and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace, you play a vital part in the success of operations and in creating the unique atmosphere that defines the event. 

 

Your Responsibilities : 

  • Deliver service at the point of sale and provide an outstanding customer experience.  
  • Provide courteous, efficient, and professional customer service. Conduct bar inventory counts and monitor product loss and discrepancies.  
  • Process transactions using the iPad POS system, handle cash deposits, and manage float requirements.  
  • Work closely with team members and collaborate with other departments.  
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas while ensuring equipment is properly maintained before, during, and after the event. 

 

What We're Looking For : 

  • Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and cold weather. 
  • Provide exceptional customer service.  
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments. 
  • Communicate confidently and effectively with festival attendees. 
  • Be comfortable working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. 
  • Demonstrate strong physical stamina in a fast-paced event environment.
