Your Mission : 

Long before the first festivalgoers order a drink, everything is already in place to ensure bar teams have what they need from the moment service begins. Working closely with the Procurement Manager, you play a key role in keeping bar operations running smoothly across all Piknic Électronik events. Through careful inventory management and ongoing coordination with the Busser team, you help ensure that products are available where and when they are needed. Your work supports efficient on-site replenishment, enabling bar teams to operate seamlessly throughout each event and allowing festivalgoers to fully enjoy their experience. 


Your Responsibilities : 

  • Receive and verify deliveries outside of event hours 
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas 
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock tracking 
  • Work closely with the Busser team to support efficient bar operations and product replenishment during events 

Reports to : 

  • Procurement Manager 


What We're Looking For : 

  • Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and cold weather. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to safely lift and move heavy loads 
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
