With its unique winter setting blending into the surrounding steel structures, striking architectural stage design, lineup featuring top local and international artists, playful and immersive Igloovillage, and its famous outrageous snowsuit contest, Igloofest has become one of Montreal’s trendiest events and one of the most celebrated winter festivals in Canada.

Your Mission :
At the heart of the action, you'll move throughout the site, connecting with festivalgoers and providing them with quick and convenient access to beverages. Working directly within the crowd, you'll handle product sales, answer customer questions, and help keep service running smoothly during peak periods. Through your on-site presence, you'll play a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience and supporting seamless event operations.
Your Responsibilities :
- Sell beverages directly to festivalgoers throughout the crowd while following established procedures.
- Provide fast, friendly, and efficient service to festival attendees.
- Process transactions accurately and securely.
- Maintain a high level of energy and positive engagement with festivalgoers.
- Proactively interact with attendees and encourage beverage sales through conversation.
- Report any issues or inventory shortages to supervisors promptly.
- Return to the designated restocking station as needed to replenish inventory in the rack.

What We're Looking For :
- Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and cold weather.
- Excellent physical fitness, with the ability to carry heavy equipment for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Proficiency in quickly and accurately operating a mobile electronic payment terminal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to create positive customer experiences.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating reliability and accountability.
- Exceptional punctuality and attendance record.
- Effective communication skills in both French and English
