With its unique winter setting blending into the surrounding steel structures, striking architectural stage design, lineup featuring top local and international artists, playful and immersive Igloovillage, and its famous outrageous snowsuit contest, Igloofest has become one of Montreal’s trendiest events and one of the most celebrated winter festivals in Canada.

Your Mission : 

In an environment where every interaction shapes the customer experience, you play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the service area and supporting customers throughout their visit. You help create a seamless and efficient shopping experience by guiding customers to the products that best meet their needs, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-organized sales floor. Through your customer-focused approach and attention to detail, you contribute to the effective day-to-day operations and overall success of the service location. 

 

Your Responsibilities : 

  • Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products that best meet their needs. 
  • Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately and efficiently. 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales environment to ensure a positive shopping experience. 

Direct supervisor :  

  • Merch chief  
     

What We're Looking For : 

  • Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and cold weather. 
  • Previous retail sales experience and a strong ability to deliver outstanding customer service. 
  • Proficiency in operating cash register systems and electronic payment terminals. 
  • A keen eye for visual merchandising and attention to product presentation.
