  • Set up tents, flags and banners, fencing, and other infrastructure required for site development.
  • Install and maintain water supply systems, ensuring they operate efficiently throughout the event.
  • Transport, install, and secure equipment, structures, and facilities according to operational requirements.
  • Set up and organize trailers, containers, and temporary buildings for operational use.
  • Perform maintenance, cleaning, and restoration of site installations and equipment.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the Site Operations Supervisor and stay attentive to radio communications during setup, event operations, and teardown.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments and provide support whenever needed.

What We're Looking For :

  • Ability to work outdoors in winter conditions and cold weather.
  • Strong physical fitness and an interest in hands-on work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Reliable, resourceful, and able to work independently while carrying out assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain clear communication in the field.
  • Strong commitment to safety, organization, and high-quality work.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing priorities and operational needs.
  • Available to work a variable schedule, including evenings, weekends, and event periods.
  • Previous experience in site setup, material handling, or the event industry is considered an asset.
