The Navadian CHALLENGE:

Attend coordination meetings and site visits to assess project estimation difficulty
-
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
-
Participate in project kickoff meetings
-
Contribute to project retrospectives for continuous improvement
-
Collaborate with the sales and operations team to cover all project elements
-
Analyze drawings and specifications, contractual conditions, and identify risk elements and opportunities for managers

Prepare cost estimates for potential materials, labor, and equipment needed to complete a project
-
Conduct submissions and appropriate calculations
-
Place orders in partnership with the Purchasing Manager

Catalog site directives, including change notices and extras

Contribute to the development and growth of Navada.
You profil:

Relevant training in Building Mechanics
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in estimation
