Your day-to-day role
- Provide personalized support and build strong, trust-based relationships with clients ;
- Understand client needs to offer tailored insurance solutions ;
- Contribute to client retention and long-term loyalty ;
- Ensure efficient service for policy changes and renewals ;
- Identify opportunities to expand your book of business ;
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment ;
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a personality, not just a résumé:
- Certified Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker (valid AMF license required) ;
- Strong listening skills to properly assess client needs ;
- Solid understanding of the personal lines insurance market ;
- Comfortable with industry tools (major asset): insurer portals, Applied Tarif Expert, Applied EPIC, etc ;
- Bilingual (French & English) – strong asset.
