🎯 Your Role
Working directly with the Director of Human Resources, you'll be at the heart of our talent attraction strategy.

Your mission: Spot, attract, and convince the best people to join OVC and contribute directly to our growth.

 

🛠️ What you’ll do (and love doing)

  • Design and deploy creative recruitment strategies: social media, job fairs, universities, partnerships... you're always on the lookout for the best channels.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs analysis, job postings, pre-screening, interviews, evaluations, offers... you're the go-to expert.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to clearly understand their needs and define the ideal profiles.

  • Pre-screen candidates to present managers with only the most relevant profiles.

  • Represent and promote our employer brand, highlighting what makes OVC unique to attract top talent.

  • Grow your network and build lasting relationships with key talent and strategic partners.

 

🧠 What you bring

  • Solid experience in talent sourcing, using diverse and creative approaches.

  • A working knowledge of office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel).

  • A good understanding of the complete staffing process.

  • Bilingualism is an asset.
