Your day-to-day role

  • Provide personalized, prompt, and attentive service by handling requests efficiently ;
  • Support clients by offering clear explanations of coverages, costs, and claims ;
  • Contribute to risk analysis and continuous improvement of practices ;
  • Manage administrative tasks (data entry, billing, documentation) with accuracy and attention to detail ;
  • Oversee renewal timelines and ensure rigorous follow-up on files ;
  • Advise clients to optimize their coverage and terms at renewal ;
  • Review and update policies (coverages, limits, underwriting information) ;
  • Participate in marketing accounts and collaborate on placement strategies with the team ;
  • Maintain communication with insurers and prepare required documents (certificates, follow-ups, etc.)

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a personality, not just a résumé:
  • Active Commercial Lines Damage Insurance Certificate (AMF) ;
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance brokerage ;
  • Knowledge of industry tools (Applied EPIC, Policy Works, etc.) is an asset ;
  • Strong customer service skills, with a professional and efficient approach ;
  • Autonomy, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills, combined with a strong team spirit ;
  • Ability to build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners ;
  • Strong judgment, with negotiation and decision-making skills.
