We are currently looking for a Director of Project Procurement to strengthen our team and support our large-scale mandates.

Founded in 2021, RL is a consulting firm specialized in supply chain management services and the execution of major projects. We support our clients in the supervision, coordination, and rigorous follow-up of their projects, emphasizing quality, collaboration, and efficiency.

The responsibilities for the position of Director of Project Procurement include:

  • Lead and supervise the project supply chain team;
  • Review and optimize supply chain procedures and processes;
  • Assign supply chain files and ensure effective follow-up;
  • Establish staffing and resource plans for projects;
  • Participate in the drafting and implementation of the supply chain execution plan;
  • Actively contribute to project management meetings;
  • Develop and implement purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing processes;
  • Maintain and develop relationships with suppliers while ensuring compliance with commercial agreements;
  • Negotiate contractual conditions to ensure optimal procurement;
  • Ensure the compliance of purchases with local laws and internal policies;
  • Evaluate and supervise suppliers: analyze contracts, measure performance, and recommend adjustments;
  • Oversee the entire supply chain cycle, from planning to execution;
  • Perform any other related tasks;

The required qualifications for the position of Director of Project Procurement are:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Supply Chain Director;
  • Strong communication and team leadership skills;
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to produce clear and well-structured documents;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in digital tools related to supply chain management (ERP, management systems, office suites, etc.);
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy;
  • Proven experience in team management and contract negotiation.
