Job Overview
Reporting to the Housekeeping Director and management team, the Room Attendant is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and ensuring guest rooms meet Moxy Marriott standards and established procedures at Moxy Montréal Centre-Ville.

Main Responsibilities
-
Prepare necessary materials for assigned areas.

Perform room cleaning: change linens, dust, vacuum.

Clean and disinfect bathrooms and sanitary facilities, empty trash, replace towels, replenish amenities.

Inspect furniture and equipment condition and report room irregularities to supervisor.

Follow established work methods and safely handle cleaning products and equipment.

Ensure guest satisfaction by meeting their needs and providing exceptional service at Moxy Montréal Centre-Ville.

Perform any other related tasks to ensure service excellence.
Requirements

Good physical condition; standing work.

Ability to lift, carry, and move loads over 20 kg.
