Public Areas Attendant
The Public Areas Attendant maintains impeccable cleanliness and overall condition of the hotel's common areas, both indoors and outdoors. This role contributes to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members while performing various maintenance and operational support tasks.
Main Responsibilities

Maintain general cleanliness of public areas indoors and outdoors.

Ensure spotless common spaces, including stairs, hallways, and bathrooms.

Perform minor repairs as needed.

Inspect equipment and replace as required.

Report any damage and necessary repairs.

Empty trash and keep spaces clean and organized.

Respond to guest requests courteously and professionally.

Provide support to laundry attendants as needed.

Perform any other related duties.
Education and Experience

High school diploma or DEP in general building maintenance.
Skills, Abilities, and Aptitudes

Spoken and written French and English.
French is the primary welcome language for our clientele. As an international organization, we serve nearly 50% English-speaking guests daily; proficiency in spoken and written English is therefore required to properly welcome English-speaking guests and meet their needs and expectations. Knowledge of another language is an asset. -
Excellent physical condition and ability to lift loads of 25 to 30 kg.
