Sales Manager

Reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing, the Sales Manager handles prospecting, market analysis, proposal and contract preparation, and achieving sales and marketing objectives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Target, solicit, and contract new corporate and group accounts.

  • Conduct solicitation calls and site inspections to build long-term relationships.

  • Propose targeted marketing actions to support market segments and grow existing accounts.

  • Analyze supply, demand, and competition to develop sales strategies.

  • Enter, maintain, and update information in computer systems.

  • Participate in trade shows, client events, and prospecting trips.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

  • Maintain hotel information confidentiality.

  • Adhere to Moxy standards and participate in the "Manager on Duty" program.

  • Perform any other related duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years as a Sales Manager in hospitality.

  • College diploma in hotel management, administration, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

  • Excellent presentation, diction, and relationship-building skills for corporate clients.

  • Strong negotiation and prospecting abilities.

  • Perfect bilingual French/English skills (spoken and written; French priority, English essential for 50% English-speaking clientele). Another language is an asset.

  • Professional, mature, and ethical attitude in all circumstances.
