Dishwasher
Under the direction of the Chef and/or Sous-Chef, the Dishwasher ensures the washing of dishes, utensils, and impeccable kitchen cleanliness, allowing cooks to focus on their creations.
Role and Responsibilities

Wash dishes, utensils, refrigerators, warming stations, carts, and equipment.

Ensure cooks always have necessary plates and cutlery.

Sort, stack, load/unload the dishwasher, and store items neatly.

Clean dishwashing machines, floors, and surfaces daily.

Collect garbage from food areas.
-
Remove and inventory broken items.

Keep floors clean and dry at all times.

Ensure supply of soap and paper products.

Comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards (MAPAQ, WHMIS).

Perform any other related duties.
Qualifications

High school diploma completed.

Minimum 1 year of experience as a dishwasher.
