Housekeeping Attendant

What will you do

Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper and the management team, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to ensure they meet the hotel’s quality standards and established procedures.

Prepare and Maintain Guest Rooms:

  • Prepare the necessary supplies, equipment, and cleaning products for the rooms assigned to you;

  • Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, dusting, and vacuuming;

  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and sanitary facilities;

  • Empty garbage bins, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities;

  • Check the condition of furniture and equipment;

  • Report any irregularities or issues regarding the condition of a room to your supervisor.

Ensure Service Quality and Guest Satisfaction:

  • Follow established work methods, quality standards, and procedures;

  • Handle cleaning products and equipment safely;

  • Respond to guest needs with discretion, courtesy, and professionalism;

  • Provide exceptional service to contribute to a positive experience for every guest;

  • Perform any other related duties required to maintain excellence in customer service.

What will you bring

  • Good physical condition and the ability to stand for extended periods;

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move loads weighing more than 20 kg;

  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends;

  • Discretion, honesty, and strong attention to detail;

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team;

  • Good ability to manage priorities and deadlines;

  • Autonomy, initiative, and versatility;

  • Ability to communicate in French and/or English, both orally and in writing, in order to interact with an international clientele.
