Responsabilités :
- Listen, advise, and deliver an exceptional client experience by offering and explaining insurance products tailored to client needs
- Respond to client inquiries related to personal insurance
- Validate coverage and perform updates to client files as needed
- Spot opportunities and build business volume, including cross-selling
- Negotiate policy terms with our various insurance partners
- Master the different insurance products in order to guide and advise clients properly
- Follow agency procedures and underwriting guidelines when handling client requests
- Adhere to company policies and standards to ensure operational quality and consistency
- Actively contribute to reaching team goals and refer eligible clients to our business partners
- Perform any other related tasks
Profil recherché :
- Minimum 1 year of experience in property & casualty insurance
- AMF license (Autorité des marchés financiers)
- Experience with Tarif Expert and Epic (asset)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Bilingual (spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills
- Autonomous and resourceful
- Experience as a personal lines insurance broker (asset)
Reumneration:
- Base salary between $50,000 and $65,000 depending on experience
- Commissions
- Mobile days, sick days, and vacation
