Stable work schedule
1. Troubleshooting mechanical issues on programmable building equipment:
-
Diagnose problems;
-
Perform necessary repairs;
-
Implement corrective measures as needed.
2. Repair and improve various building equipment and components:
-
Carry out repairs and improvements on equipment;
-
Record completed work on work orders;
-
Perform certain electrical tasks under the supervision of the electrician;
-
Test equipment after repairs.
3. Responsible for preventive maintenance of HVAC systems and other building equipment:
-
Monitor assigned preventive maintenance tasks;
-
Perform preventive maintenance according to scheduled dates;
-
Record completed work on preventive maintenance work orders;
-
Test equipment following maintenance.
4. Other duties:
-
Perform general building-related tasks (repairs, plumbing, certain electrical work, etc.);
-
Diagnose issues related to HVAC systems;
-
Support other building maintenance teams;
-
Perform any other tasks as required by the company.
Requirements
-
Diploma (DEP) in electromechanics, industrial mechanics, or related field;
-
3 to 5 years of relevant experience;
-
Basic knowledge of HVAC systems.
Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge;
-
Basic electrical knowledge;
-
Good command of Windows environment;
-
Resourcefulness, autonomy, rigor, and determination.
Assets
-
Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices);
-
Bilingual (French and English).
