Your role and responsibilities

  • Operate equipment (start-up, shutdown, filling equipment, manual mixing, packaging finished products, stacking boxes on pallets, etc.);

  • Ensure proper organization of the room to perform work efficiently and in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices);

  • Complete production records and any other required documentation;

  • Participate in continuous improvement projects;

  • Assist in training and mentoring new employees;

  • Ensure product quality is maintained;

  • Meet efficiency and productivity standards;

  • Follow all procedures in place (quality, health & safety, etc.);

  • Perform product packaging, rework, and any other required manual tasks;

  • Perform cleaning duties;

  • Carry out any other tasks as required by the company.

Requirements

  • High school diploma (Secondary V) or equivalent;

  • Ability to lift heavy loads;

  • Full proficiency in French (spoken and written).

Assets

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);

  • Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic production.

Work schedule

  • Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

  • Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.

  • Night shift: Sunday to Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
