Your role and responsibilities
-
Operate equipment (start-up, shutdown, filling equipment, manual mixing, packaging finished products, stacking boxes on pallets, etc.);

Ensure proper organization of the room to perform work efficiently and in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices);

Complete production records and any other required documentation;
-
Participate in continuous improvement projects;

Assist in training and mentoring new employees;
-
Ensure product quality is maintained;
-
Meet efficiency and productivity standards;
-
Follow all procedures in place (quality, health & safety, etc.);

Perform product packaging, rework, and any other required manual tasks;

Perform cleaning duties;

Carry out any other tasks as required by the company.
Requirements
-
High school diploma (Secondary V) or equivalent;
-
Ability to lift heavy loads;
-
Full proficiency in French (spoken and written).
Assets
-
Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP);
-
Relevant experience in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic production.
Strengths

Work schedule

Day shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

Evening shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.

Night shift: Sunday to Friday, 11:00 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
