Your role and responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
-
Clean production areas and equipment according to established procedures, ensuring care is taken not to damage parts;

Maintain order and cleanliness of janitorial areas, including proper management of cleaning tools (brooms, mops, etc.);

Ensure proper organization of production rooms to perform work efficiently and in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices);

Meet efficiency and productivity standards;

Complete production records and any other required documentation;

Ensure product quality is maintained;
-
Follow all procedures in place (quality, health & safety, etc.);

Participate in the training and mentoring of new employees;

Contribute to continuous improvement projects and cleaning process enhancements;

Perform any other related duties as required.
Requirements
-
Ability to lift heavy loads;
-
Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic production is an asset.
