Your role and responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Clean production areas and equipment according to established procedures, ensuring care is taken not to damage parts;

  • Maintain order and cleanliness of janitorial areas, including proper management of cleaning tools (brooms, mops, etc.);

  • Ensure proper organization of production rooms to perform work efficiently and in compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices);

  • Meet efficiency and productivity standards;

  • Complete production records and any other required documentation;

  • Ensure product quality is maintained;

  • Follow all procedures in place (quality, health & safety, etc.);

  • Participate in the training and mentoring of new employees;

  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and cleaning process enhancements;

  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift heavy loads;

  • Experience in pharmaceutical, food, or cosmetic production is an asset.
