The Concept
The Work for Stay program at Saintlo Montreal is a true immersion into hostel life and local culture. For 2 to 3 months, you’ll help make our hostel welcoming, lively, and warm, all while enjoying free accommodation.
Every day is a chance to:
- Meet travelers and create memorable moments;
- Participate in the hostel’s activities and bring energy to the space;
- Discover Montreal’s hidden gems and culture through hands-on experience.
Your Mission as a Volunteer
- Greet and engage with travelers with enthusiasm and attentiveness;
- Assist different departments: breakfast, activities, housekeeping;
- Contribute to tasks and projects that make the hostel friendly, safe, fun, and functional.
Conditions
- 20 hours per week
- Flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends based on your availability
- Central location, steps away from Lucien-L’Allier metro station
- Fluent in French and English
- Valid work permit and social insurance number
