Under the supervision of the production supervisor, the Team Leader is responsible for the pipe department and the powder coating line during the day shift. He or she must ensure that team members manufacture a quality product in accordance with SBI standards.
More specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Eliminating non-value-added activities;
- Ensuring that team members have the necessary supplies;
- Set, communicate, and motivate the team to achieve objectives;
- Enforce quality requirements;
- Meet delivery deadlines;
- Master all skills relevant to the sector;
- Ensure a healthy and safe environment for team members;
- Participate in continuous improvement projects.
