At SBI, operators work on Trumpf press brakes! If you’re resourceful and good with your hands, this is the perfect job for you.

The position is available on the weekend shift (6:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.) from Friday to Sunday.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Read and interpret drawings, bills of materials, and production instructions;
  • Set up and adjust machines (punching press, rolling machine, forming machine, press brake, spot welder, etc.);
  • Load raw materials into the machines and monitor the production process to ensure it runs smoothly.
  • Conduct regular quality checks by measuring and inspecting the produced parts.
  • Identify anomalies and adjust settings as needed;
  • Perform basic machine maintenance (self-maintenance) and report any mechanical issues;
  • Follow safety guidelines and wear personal protective equipment (PPE);
  • Work collaboratively with other operators and production staff to optimize efficiency;
  • Complete production and quality control reports.

EDUCATION:

· Vocational diploma (DEP) in machining or equivalent experience
