Your Responsibilities: Develop and Optimize Products: Participate in the design and improvement of products by developing ideas, performing 3D modeling (SolidWorks), and overseeing prototype testing in real conditions. Monitor Improvement Initiatives: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the progress and effectiveness of modifications to existing products. Produce and Validate Technical Designs: Prepare engineering drawings, plans, and layouts while verifying their compliance with manufacturing and performance standards. Analyze the Economic Impact of Modifications: Evaluate the production costs of proposed improvements to ensure their profitability and feasibility. Oversee the Implementation of Changes: Coordinate the integration of improvements with various stakeholders and ensure their smooth execution.

What Success Looks Like: Within the First 6 Months: You master the product improvement process as well as our IT tools for tracking changes. You master our drawing standards and can apply them independently. You gain an in-depth understanding of our products, their operation, and their terminology. You will have completed a minimum of 5 improvement requests for each standard product. You will have completed improvement requests such as: revising the exhaust system for gasoline engines on our stages, improving our method of securing removable stairs on our stages.

Within the First Year: You have an understanding of the structural strengths of our products and understand the impacts that your modifications can have on them. With the help of the supervisor and related departments, you have established an automated system for recording new product improvement requests. You will have completed a full review of the hydraulic system of the SL320 and produced its hydraulic diagram.

You Are the Person We Are Looking For If: You hold a DEP in Mechanical Engineering or have equivalent experience; You have three years of experience in drafting, mechanical design, and design verification; You stand out for your creativity, problem-solving skills, and rigor; You are proficient in IT tools such as SolidWorks, OneNote, and Excel; You wish to thrive in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
