Our stages light up major international events like Osheaga, Piknic Electronik, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, while also inspiring local communities at neighborhood festivals and celebrations, leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Promote and develop continuous improvement best practices: Implement a continuous improvement process, along with associated tools and a training program for stakeholders based on best practices.
- Promote and coordinate continuous improvement efforts: Collaborate with various teams to plan, structure, and execute continuous improvement initiatives. Be a positive leader in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Track and communicate the costs and impacts of continuous improvement: Document and analyze the results of initiatives to demonstrate their added value and effectiveness.
- Prioritize initiatives: Manage a portfolio of initiatives and set priorities based on the company’s strategic objectives and execution capacity.
- Support the success and sustainability of continuous improvement initiatives: Ensure regular follow-up on implemented projects to guarantee their long-term impact and sustainability.
What Success Looks Like:
Within the first 6 months:
- You optimize the continuous improvement (CI) process by adjusting the acquisition, prioritization, capacity management, execution, and monitoring of initiatives.
- You develop a deployment plan approved by the management committee.
- You facilitate the implementation of at least four CI initiatives with measurable results, including return on investment (ROI).
- You gain an in-depth understanding of internal processes and build strong relationships with teams, becoming a positive leader in continuous improvement at Stageline.
- You join the multidisciplinary project team aimed at increasing production capacity.
Within the first year:
- You implement the continuous improvement process within teams representing at least 30% of Stageline’s workforce.
- You execute initiatives aligned with the strategic plan, ensuring an overall positive ROI and optimizing the use of CI capacity.
- You rigorously measure the impact and costs of initiatives to demonstrate their profitability.
- You foster team engagement by building their confidence in the process and providing them with the necessary tools to lead CI initiatives.
- You actively contribute to the success of the production capacity increase project by integrating continuous improvement into the company’s operations.
You Are the Person We’re Looking For If:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
- You have experience in continuous improvement management or operational excellence.
- You demonstrate strong leadership and a proven ability to persuade and mobilize teams.
- You are highly rigorous and exceptionally organized.
- You have expertise in developing and deploying systems and processes.
- You possess excellent communication, training, and mentoring skills in continuous improvement.
- You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel and ERP systems (knowledge of Syteline and Smartsheet is an asset).
- You have French comprehension (mandatory)
