For over 35 years, we have been shining through innovation, quality, and durability in the live performance industry. Our stages, featured at major festivals such as Osheaga, Piknic Electronik, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, are also at the heart of neighborhood celebrations and local events, creating lasting memories for future generations.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assemble and weld the parts required for the manufacturing of our stages and trailers, according to plans and technical instructions

  • Manufacture a variety of products, sometimes complex, while meeting Stageline’s quality standards

  • Perform self-inspection to ensure parts are compliant and assemblies are accurate

  • Keep your workstation clean and well organized, while respecting health and safety rules

  • Perform any other related tasks as required

What success looks like

Within the first 6 months:

  • Successfully obtain your CWB welding certification

  • Master the assembly and welding of accessories for different stage models

  • Understand work methods and integrate effectively into the team

Within the first year:

  • Be autonomous in the complete assembly of an SL 100 stage, while respecting quality standards and production deadlines

  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of manufacturing methods within your team

You are the person we are looking for if:

  • You master GMAW and FCAW on steel

  • You have experience in blueprint reading and assembly

  • You are recognized for your teamwork and collaboration

  • You have good manual skills and are resourceful and detail-oriented

  • You have French comprehension (mandatory)
