Our stages illuminate major international events like Osheaga, Piknic Electronik, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, while also inspiring local communities at neighborhood festivals and celebrations, leaving a lasting legacy for future generations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define project objectives and scope based on the strategic plan, operational and business goals, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensure the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of projects, adapting the approach to specific needs and considering the company’s evolving requirements, while mastering the 12 project management principles of the PMBOK (7th edition).
  • Actively contribute to improving the practices, processes, and tools of the Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Coordinate project execution to achieve project objectives while ensuring they meet the company’s dynamic needs.
  • Participate in delivering certain project deliverables.

What Success Looks Like:

Within the first 6 months:

  • You develop a deep understanding of the company’s current processes and project management methodology.
  • You establish yourself as a positive leader and a reference in project management among your peers across departments.
  • You contribute to optimizing the company-wide project prioritization tool by applying best practices in project and resource management, and you validate its proof of concept.
  • You complete the planning of a large-scale project according to the established project management process.
  • You participate in the execution and monitoring of a product development project.

Within the first year:

  • You successfully deliver at least one major project, respecting scope, timeline, and budget.
  • You implement at least 2 improvements in project management tools and practices that you proposed in agreement with the PMO manager.
  • You act as a project management advisor for at least 2 projects led by departments outside the PMO, helping them deliver projects within constraints.

You Are the Person We’re Looking For If:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in project management in a manufacturing environment.
  • You demonstrate strong leadership and a proven ability to influence and mobilize stakeholders.
  • You hold or are in the process of obtaining PMP certification (an asset).
  • You excel in managing complex projects in a constantly evolving, nuanced environment.
  • You take ownership of the success of your projects and demonstrate rigor in their execution.
  • You are methodical, organized, and structured, with strong analytical skills.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • You unite teams around common goals and foster effective collaboration.
  • You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel and ERP systems (knowledge of Syteline and Smartsheet is an asset).
  • You naturally build trusting relationships and are a committed team player.
  • You have French comprehension (mandatory)
