Scène Éthique invites you to take the stage and join us as a warehouse worker.

Your responsibilities:
1- Load, unload, and move products and materials using forklifts and overhead cranes.
2- Ensure the cleanliness of storage and work areas and the proper arrangement of goods in production areas.
3- Perform kanban rounds and ensure that workstations are supplied.
4- Pack finished products for shipment, unload and prepare driver loads as needed.
5- Ensure the tracking and accuracy of shipping slips.
6- Transport materials to the relevant departments.
7- Enter data relating to goods into the computer system and participate in inventory taking.
8- Run errands and transport goods as needed with a vehicle.
9- Participate in production as needed to prepare parts with tools.
10- Handle materials, equipment, and tools safely.
11- Maintain the premises: sweep and perform any other cleaning tasks as requested.
12- Comply with occupational health and safety standards.
13- Collaborate with other team members to achieve production goals.
14- Perform any other related tasks that may be requested.

What success looks like:

Within the first 6 months:
• You will be able to perform key tasks without constant supervision. You are familiar with procedures, tools, and quality standards.
• You consistently apply safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
• You are able to fill multiple positions or perform different tasks as required by production needs.
• You demonstrate initiative, suggest ideas for improvement, and show an interest in learning new skills or moving into other roles.
• You will be able to collaborate, communicate, and work harmoniously with your colleagues as part of a team.

You are the person we are looking for if:
• You have a vocational, high school, or college diploma.
• You have training or experience in production.
• You are organized, independent, detail-oriented, resourceful, and versatile.
• Team spirit and collaboration motivate you to accomplish your daily tasks.
• You have French comprehension (mandatory)
