Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality audits during manufacturing, final product delivery, and internal processes.
- Lead final functional tests by supervising assigned stage technicians and writing control reports.
- Analyze and document non-conformities, identify root causes, propose solutions, obtain approval, and implement corrective and preventive measures in collaboration with methods and processes teams.
- Update various quality and support department documents (controlled documents) and ensure they are distributed to the relevant individuals.
- Act as a quality control representative and leader for the team.
What Success Looks Like:
Within the first 6 months:
- You develop a deep understanding of quality control processes and related company processes.
- You gain autonomy in operating the SL75 and SL100 as part of quality testing.
- You establish yourself as a positive leader in final quality control and functional testing.
- You develop five proposals to improve quality control practices and present them to the team.
- You are able to perform in-process audits on parts preparation operations.
Within the first year:
- You achieve autonomy in operating the SL320 for quality testing.
- You successfully implement three proposals to improve quality control practices.
- You are able to conduct in-process audits on welding and mechanical assembly operations.
- You can participate in the administration of the non-conformity management system.
You Are the Person We’re Looking For If:
- You have technical training in industrial, mechanical, or metallurgical engineering, or equivalent experience.
- You have experience in the manufacturing industry and knowledge of industry-specific techniques and tools.
- You have basic knowledge of computer-aided design software (for visualization only) and Microsoft Office.
- You have experience and skills in reading blueprints.
- You demonstrate strong adaptability, flexibility, and resilience under pressure.
- You show initiative, strong problem-solving skills, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- You are autonomous, organized, rigorous, and a team player with a collaborative spirit.
- You have French comprehension (mandatory)
