Your Responsibilities:
ERP Bill of Materials (BOM) Management:
- Create and structure BOMs for custom orders based on production needs.
- Update ERP data to reflect technical and manufacturing advancements.
Monitoring and Planning:
- Collaborate with internal departments (Customer Service, Technical Services, Procurement, Production, Quality) to ensure production deadlines are met.
- Track schedules, identify obstacles, and develop solutions to overcome them.
- Oversee inter-site logistics operations.
Change Management and Process Optimization:
- Actively contribute to improving manufacturing methods and management tools.
- Optimize ERP processes to streamline and enhance production efficiency.
Cost and Production Timeline Tracking:
- Calculate costs for specific configurations.
- Manage inventory and raw materials to prevent production delays.
Support for Manufacturing Teams:
- Assist manufacturing agents in resolving technical or logistical issues in production.
- Work closely with the planning team to ensure smooth operations.
What Success Looks Like:
Within the First 6 Months:
- You have implemented tracking tools to measure the efficiency of configuration and production processes for custom orders.
- You have facilitated coordination between departments (Technical Services, Production, Quality, Procurement) by streamlining validation and order tracking processes.
- You have optimized production timelines by quickly resolving configuration or production management issues.
- You have developed strong expertise in ERP systems and manufacturing processes, becoming a go-to resource for internal teams.
Within the First Year:
- You have contributed to ERP system optimization by integrating best practices in forecasting and ensuring seamless synchronization with other management tools.
- You have improved raw material management by enhancing coordination with planning, logistics, and subcontractors.
- You have established a continuous improvement framework to optimize manufacturing times and data quality in the ERP.
- You have become a key player in ensuring smooth production operations, anticipating challenges related to product configurations.
You Are the Person We’re Looking For If:
- You hold a degree in Operations Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- You have significant experience in operations management or continuous improvement.
- You demonstrate natural leadership and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- You are rigorous, organized, and detail-oriented.
- You have experience developing and implementing systems and processes.
- You possess strong communication skills and can train and mentor teams.
- You are proficient in IT tools, particularly Excel and ERP systems (knowledge of Syteline and Smartsheet is a plus).
- You have French comprehension (mandatory)
