Stageline invites you to take the stage and join us as a Project Manager – Stage and Trailer Maintenance.
For over 35 years, we have embodied innovation, quality, and sustainability in the entertainment world. Our stages, which light up international events such as Osheaga, Piknic Électronik, and the Montreal Jazz Festival, also inspire local communities at festivals and neighborhood celebrations, leaving a lasting impression for generations to come.

Your responsibilities:
1- Maintenance project management: Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance projects from inspection to completion, in collaboration with various departments.
2- Inspection and technical support: Conduct inspections, prioritize work, and provide technical support to teams and internal and external clients.
3- Documentation and procedures: Draft procedures and work sheets, develop maintenance rounds, and manage purchase and technical support requests.
4- Continuous improvement: Participate in optimizing processes, maintenance techniques, and repair methods to maximize efficiency.
5- Safety and compliance: Ensure safety and product compliance, and support field and workshop operations.

What does success look like?

In the first 6 months:
- You will be able to identify all sources of information to answer questions from the workshop or customers.
- You will be able to independently complete work sheets.
- You will have a good understanding of all internal processes related to maintenance.
- You will understand the design of the stages and how they work (design, hydraulics, electrical, etc.).
- You will be able to navigate 3D models and order parts via the ERP system.

In the first year:
- You will be familiar with all current scene models, as well as older ones and their specific features.
- You will be able to resolve technical issues independently.
- You will be able to navigate the CMMS smoothly.
- You will be able to analyze the costs of a maintenance project.

You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are able to navigate SolidWorks.
- You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have skills in mechanics and/or hydraulics and/or electrical and/or renovation-construction.
- You are familiar with computer-aided design software and Microsoft Office.
- You have skills in reading plans.
- Are you a mechanical, industrial, or maintenance engineer? This will be an asset to your application.
- You have French comprehension (mandatory)
