Your Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to production by proposing tailored solutions and preventive measures.
- Perform necessary engineering calculations (structure, strength, concept validation) to support operations, projects, and creative initiatives.
- Provide technical support to internal teams (production, logistics, procurement) and ensure product compliance.
- Support the rental division, including stage inspections, report reviews, and maintaining the rental fleet in good condition.
- Assist clients by offering technical support, addressing their solution needs, and drafting usage procedures.
- Participate in design activities, including producing plans, assemblies, and validating materials according to provided requirements.
- Ensure cross-functional follow-ups, such as performing required calculations, site visits, and promoting safe practices, while developing knowledge of standards and Stageline expertise.
What Success Looks Like:
Within the first 6 months:
- Know all sources of information to answer factory or client questions.
- Be able to independently complete DAPs.
- Understand all internal processes related to Technical Support.
- Grasp stage design and functionality (design, hydraulics, electrical, etc.).
Within the first year:
- Know all current and past stage models and their key characteristics.
- Be able to troubleshoot technical issues with minimal support for after-sales service.
- Be able to resolve basic manufacturing issues with minimal support.
- Be capable of analyzing an existing model in ADA.
You’re the person we’re looking for if:
- You have (or are about to obtain) a degree in Mechanical Engineering (technical or bachelor’s).
- You are familiar with CAD software and Microsoft Office.
- You have experience and proficiency with the Office suite.
- You are passionate about mechanics and have excellent manual skills.
